After placing an order, how long will it take for the package to be shipped ?

  • For orders received before 3pm daily, our logistics department will send the parcel on the same day;

  • For orders received after 3pm daily, our logistics department will send the parcel the next day;

  • Update order status; upload package tracking number; and confirm estimated delivery time within two business days.

How to check the delivery status of a package?

According to different regions, we have different express companies, including: CANADAPOST, UPS and VALUEWAY. Please choose the inquiry method according to the package we send.

Is credit card payment safe?

The credit card information provided by each customer will be automatically cleared after the card swiping process is completed or the system is closed to prevent staff or hackers from invading and stealing the credit card information. Therefore, the credit card information is completely safe, which is why customers need to re-provide their credit card information every time they make a purchase.
