How long does it take to ship my order after it’s placed?

Orders received before 3:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the same day by our logistics team.

Orders received after 3:00 PM (EST) will be shipped the next business day.

We will update the order status within two business days, provide the tracking number, and confirm the estimated delivery time.
How can I check the delivery status of my package?
Depending on the destination, we use different courier services, including Canada Post, UPS, and Valueway.
Please refer to the shipping confirmation email we send you, and use the tracking number provided to check your package status through the appropriate courier’s official website.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?
All credit card information provided by customers is automatically deleted immediately after the transaction is completed or when the system is closed, to prevent any staff or hackers from accessing and misusing the card details.
Therefore, your credit card information is completely secure. This is also why customers are required to re-enter their credit card information for each purchase.
Return Policy*
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of the purchase date. Products that have been opened or used, or any items marked as non-refundable, are not eligible for return under our policy. All returned or exchanged items must be sent back in good condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and brokerage fees for returns or exchanges.

For international shipments, please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise." Carriers do not charge brokerage fees, but customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs fees.

Any items requiring cash on delivery or additional brokerage fees charged to Canada Royal Natural Products at delivery will be refused.
Restocking Fees: Depending on the product type and return condition, a 15% restocking fee based on the product price will be applied.
If you wish to request a return, please email us at service@royalnatural.ca with your order number (referenced in the subject line of your "Order Update" email), the items you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to guide you through the next steps.
Exchange Policy*
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can then purchase the new item separately.
Refund Policy*
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
