  • When you submit an order, you are expressing an intent to purchase. An order is officially established once we receive your payment, process it, and send a confirmation email. While we strive to process every order accurately, if we are unable to fulfill an order due to insufficient inventory or system anomalies, we will proactively notify and explain the situation using the contact information you provided.

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us promptly within 12 hours of placing the order via service@royalnaturalcanada.com, and we will do our best to assist you. Once an order enters the shipping/fulfillment stage, it can no longer be canceled.

  • Products are intended for your personal or household use only. If there are any changes to your order contents, we will contact you proactively. For returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.

  • If such an error affects an order you have already completed, we will proactively contact you to explain the situation and provide you with the option to maintain your order (based on the corrected terms) or cancel the order for a full refund. We reserve the right to correct information or cancel orders due to inaccurate information, and we will ensure you are notified in a fair and transparent manner.
